Admin Coordinator – County School / Girls School

Job Description

• Responsible for facilitating scheduling, planning and executing campus administrative tasks implementing school policy, documentation, meetings minutes, provide support in analyzing & improving system processes with school administative team; and ensure that regular campus operations and procedures operates effectively and efficiently.
• Responsible for ensuring and implementing all school routines and policies such as morning time, assemblies, home-time, staff meetings, employee orientation etc.
• Implementing the school attendance and discipline policies including regularly follow up with abseentees
• Planning and coordinating school events from budgeting to execution. Manage campus event calendars in coordination with all concerned stakeholders.
• Dealing with parental and student concerns, conducting regular follow up meetings with parents/students for attendance or perfromance related matters.
• Coordinate and execute various school processes such as student admission, teacher recruitment, exam schedules, timetabling, school events, special assemblies, after-school activities, report days, morning assemblies, etc..
• Responsible for regularly communicating with the student and parent body via email, circulars, newsletters and updating the school software.
• Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to campus administration team (as and when required); discovering irregularities; determining continuing administrative needs.
• Manage staff meeting minutes compilations. Prepare and share meeting agenda and meeting minutes to all concerned stakeholders including Campus Administration team and Head Office.
• Maintain, review and update both student and teachers’ employment records, files and documentation.
• Responsible for reviewing, editing, researching, writing, and updating administrative school policies.
• To contribute to team and organizational meetings (as and when required).
• To carry out any other assignment/ task assigned by the Management or Reporting Authority.

Qualification Requirement

• Minimum 4 years Bachelors degree from HEC recognised university
• Proficient in MS Office Suite & Google Workplace Tools

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years in a relevant role.
