Job Description
• Curriculum implementation & monitoring:
• Responsible for the curriculum implementation across the entire grade levels) of the early years.
•Lead subject specific coordination meetings of the assigned levels/subjects with the concerned teachers on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
• Implement the school curriculum into weekly and daily lesson plans for further dissemination to their respective grade wise teacher.
• Ensure that the curriculum for the concern grade level is implemeted in branch in the correct order and pace as intended.
• Review and finalize lesson plan, provide support in drafting and designing the lesson planner and pedaogies to meet student needs.
• Monitor syllabus coverage and support the teachers in curriculum implememtation effectively.
• Coordination with the Head Office Academic Team to implement any suggestions or school based PD strategies.
• Teach as per the reduced workload and model good teaching practices for other teachers• General Academic Administration:
• Assist the school leadership in time-table setting, new teacher orientaiton, workload planning,subsitution, planning PD Days & events.
• Facilitate resource provision including but not limited to manipulatives, concrete material, worksheets, photocopying of resource
• Act as a focal point of contact for all academic related matters & parental queries.
• Supervise teaching and learning across the level/grade through lesson observations, work scrutiny and learning walk throughs.• Assessments:
• Monitor the Student Assessment Records of levels under their supervision as per school policy
• Facilitate the teachers in ensuring that the collected data and evidences are analysed and contribute to student learning.
• Ensure school report cards are ready in a timely manner.• Professional Development and Teachers’ Mentoring:
• Coordinate peer observations and share constructive feedback.
• Conduct on-job formal and informal training sessions, planning of PD days, mentoring/coaching to improve teaching practices.

Qualification Requirement
• HEC recognized Early Childhood Education Degree/Qualifcation.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Education or related field.
• Recent teaching experience or other activity in area of primary instruction is a plus Teaching credentials a major plus
