Job Description
• Ensure front office efficiency by maintaining appearance of reception areas, organizing procedures, greeting/interacting with visitors/clients/vendors, managing filing systems and overseeing supplies and equipment.
• Visitor & Guest management including hospitality.
• Ensure that cheque collection SOP Is being followed and vendors are not waiting in front office.
• Maintain telecommunications-attend phone calls, inquiries, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents, photocopy, fax, etc
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, client information, student files and teacher files.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Maintain front office operations by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence(s) and information.
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
• Coordinate courier service and receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying to the rules, policies and procedures.

Experience Requirement
• Minimum Intermediate/A Level from HEC recognised college. Bachelors degree from HEC recognised university.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite & Google Workplace Tools
• Financial & Accounting Literacy prefered
• Excellent Communication skills with english oroficiency. IELTS 5 or above
