Position: Member (Audit, Inspection & Monitoring – AIM)
📍 Location: Lahore, Punjab
The Board of Revenue Punjab (BoR) is inviting applications from highly experienced professionals for the contractual position of Member – Audit, Inspection & Monitoring (AIM) in MPS-I scale. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute towards governance transparency and accountability in public administration.
✅ Role Overview
BoR is committed to transparency in state land matters, land records, and revenue collections. The AIM member will be responsible for auditing, inspection, and monitoring processes to ensure integrity across operations.
📌 Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience:
Option 1:
-
Ph.D. in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, or a relevant subject.

Minimum 14 years of professional experience in the government sector.

At least 2 years experience as Deputy Commissioner / District Collector or above.
OR
Option 2:
-
16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, or relevant subject.

18 years post-qualification experience in the government sector.

At least 2 years experience as Deputy Commissioner / District Collector or above.
📅 Additional Details:

Age Limit: Maximum 62 years (calculated on closing date of application)

Tenure: 3 years (Extendable as per MPS 2023)

Contract Termination: One month’s notice from either party or completion of term

Pay Package: As per MPS-I of Punjab 2023 (Excludes official vehicle, POL in case of monetization)
