🎓 Educational & Professional Requirements
🛡️ Information Security Specialist (PPS‑9)

Experience: 3+ years in cybersecurity or risk-management; skilled in SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability assessment, incident response .

🛠️ Implementation Manager (PPS‑8)

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in IT or related field with 3–5 years in IT project delivery or system implementation, ideally in government/PSDP projects.

Skills: Project management (planning, budgeting, documentation, coordination), stakeholder liaison, knowledge of MIS and e‑Governance systems.
📋 Assistant (PPS‑5)

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma with 1–2 years supporting IT teams.

Skills: Strong clerical skills, documentation, coordination, basic IT literacy (MS Office, email, reporting).
