1. Assistant Manager (Welfare)

Pay Scale: FPP-8

Age Limit: Up to 35 years (age relaxation for experienced candidates)

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years education, preferably 1st Division) from an HEC-recognized university

Experience: Strong background in planning and implementing welfare schemes in NGO or Govt./Semi-Govt. welfare organizations. Experience in policy review and SOP development is essential.
2. Junior Manager (Welfare)

Pay Scale: FPP-7

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or Anthropology (16 years education, preferably 1st Division) from an HEC-recognized university

Experience: Hands-on experience in implementing welfare schemes in NGO or Govt./Semi-Govt. organizations.
3. Junior Manager (HR)

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Qualification: BBA (Hons) in HR (16 years education, preferably 1st Division) from an HEC-recognized university

Experience: Solid experience in HR planning, development, and management in a well-reputed organization.
