The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, is hiring for the following high-impact role at its Headquarters in Islamabad.
🔹 Position Details
📌 Job Title: Assistant Director (Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance)
📍 Location: Islamabad
🧑‍🎓 Education:
  • Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, or equivalent (HEC attested degrees required)
    🎯 Age Limit: Max 37 years
🔸 Professional Experience:
  • At least 3 years post-graduation experience
  • Minimum 2 years in Governance, Risk Management & Compliance roles
  • Certifications in ISO-27001, CISA, CGEIT are preferred
🛠️ Skills & Competencies:
  • Deep understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, threat landscapes & attack vectors
  • Risk identification, analysis, mitigation & assessment expertise
  • Policy formulation, SOP development, audit skills per ISO standards
  • Strong verbal & written communication for security/compliance reporting
  • Analytical ability to evaluate compliance gaps and create solutions
  • Stay updated with tech/security advancements

  1. 5-year contract (extendable), with performance review
  2. Management holds right to accept/reject applications
